West Volusia County

We are home value experts for the cities of DeBary, Deltona, Orange City, and Deland. Unlike many outside appraisers who have to travel great distances to West Volusia to appraise homes in this area, our appraisers live and work in West Volusia and have trained for years to attain expertise in the West Volusia market.

North Brevard County

We are home value experts for the cities of Titusville, Port St. John, Cocoa Beach, and Mims. Our focus is on North Brevard County and our experienced team of appraisers provide quick and affordable services for both existing and proposed home construction. Commercial Appraisals

DPS specializes in commercial property appraisals in the Volusia, Seminole, Lake, Flagler, Orange, Polk and Brevard counties. We serve a variety of clients ranging from institutional lenders to city and county governments. We appraise such properties as small offices, large shopping centers, and hotels. We also provide market studies and feasibility studies for developers, land owners, and investors. Each commercial appraisal report is reviewed and signed by our MAI appraiser, C. Lee Lobban.
